When you place an order or leave a review, you give us:

• Your name
• A contact detail you choose (phone number, email, or Instagram handle)
• Your order details (which buns, how many, pickup or delivery, and any notes such as a preferred day or allergies)
• If you leave a review: your name, star rating, and review text

We do not ask for any payment details on this website. Payment is cash on pickup.

How we collect it

Through the order and review forms on this site. When you submit a form, it passes through Cloudflare, which runs an anti-spam check and processes the submission securely, and is then emailed to us by Resend, an email delivery service.

If you message us directly on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, we also receive whatever you choose to send there.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• Confirm your order and arrange pickup
• Contact you about your order
• Read your review and, with your first name, show it on this site (reviews only appear after we have read them)

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare processes our form submissions and runs the anti-spam check, and Resend delivers them to us by email. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

We do not share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, those platforms handle your data under their own policies.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, tracking, or analytics. We do not build a profile of you.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep order and review details only for as long as we need them to run the business. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time, using the contact details below.

Our site links to Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please read their policies too.

Children

Our products and site are intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
